Our Plankton Net 1 M X 1M is designed for highly precise plankton sampling. Made with high-quality NITEX filtration fabric, this net captures a wide range of marine organisms thanks to its ultra-fine mesh.

Features of the 1 METER X 1 METER Plankton Net:

• Filtration Material: The NITEX fabric, measured in microns, ensures high-precision filtration for marine and biological studies.
  • 1000 microns = 1 mm mesh
  • 500 microns = 0.5 mm mesh
  • 250 microns = 0.25 mm mesh (4 meshes per 1 mm)
• Durable Construction: The 1 meter x 1 meter frame is available in stainless steel or aluminum for enhanced durability. The conical net is secured with stainless steel rings and shackles.
• High-Quality Finishing: The opening and tail borders are made from ultra-resistant Starlite vinyl, with brass eyelets at the opening for maximum durability. The seams are reinforced with a structural nylon ribbon to ensure long-lasting performance.
• Buckets and Tubes: Choose between black ABS buckets or white BMQ tubes, depending on your preference.
